1. Eligibility & Users
TruCreatives serves creators, businesses, artists, gyms, medical practices, cannabis operators, and other professionals.
Users must be at least 16 years old. Users under 18 may access educational or community features only and may not enter into paid agreements without legal guardian consent.
2. Services & Platform Scope
TruCreatives provides:
- Software access (TruPortals)
- Marketing systems and automation
- Education and community access
- Consulting and done-for-you services
Services may change, evolve, or be discontinued at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Fees may include:
- Monthly subscription charges
- One-time setup fees
- Usage-based fees (calls, texts, emails)
All fees are non-refundable. In limited cases, TruCreatives may issue credits or reimbursements at its sole discretion.
4. Cancellation & Termination
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
TruCreatives reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or community access at any time for violations, misuse, or behavior that harms the platform or brand.
Users may back up their data prior to termination. Access may be restricted where content or activity poses reputational, legal, or operational risk.
5. Community Rules & Acceptable Use
TruCreatives communities are spaces for respectful action-takers. You agree not to:
- Spam or engage in excessive solicitation
- Harass, demean, or disrupt others
- Misuse communication tools
- Engage in illegal or deceptive practices
We reserve the right to remove any member or content that violates these standards.
6. No Guarantees & Results Disclaimer
TruCreatives makes no guarantees regarding revenue, growth, leads, or outcomes.
Results depend on many factors including effort, execution, market conditions, and consistency. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only.
7. User Content & Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant TruCreatives a limited license to use such content solely to provide services.
8. Platform Ownership & IP
TruCreatives owns all platform software, systems, templates, workflows, branding, and intellectual property.
9. Third-Party Services
TruCreatives relies on third-party platforms including but not limited to payment processors, communication providers, and ad platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruCreatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruCreatives from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration. No class actions.
